- Usage information, such as information about how you use the App and interact with us, including playlists, songs liked, your opponents, and scores.
- Geolocation information, if you authorize our mobile application to access your location.
- Marketing information, such as your preferences for receiving marketing communications and details about how you engage with marketing communications.
- Other personal information you submit to us through the App, such as information you provide when you use chat features and any other interactive features of the App.
Information we collect from other users We collect information that other users of the App may provide about you, such as the fact that you may be a Facebook friend of another user. Users are able to see a list of their Facebook friends who also use the App.
Information automatically collected When you access our App, we, our service providers, and our business partners may automatically log information about you, your mobile device, and activity within our App. The information that may be collected automatically includes your mobile device operating system type and version number, manufacturer and model, device identifier, screen resolution, IP address, cell network-based location information, and information about your use of and actions on our App.
How we use your personal information
To provide our App If you create an account within the App or otherwise use our App, we use your personal information to:
- operate, maintain, administer and improve the App.
- create and manage your user profile within the App.
- enable you to login to the App using third-party authentication providers, such as Facebook.
- facilitate social features of our App, such as by identifying and suggesting connections with other App users.
- customize and personalize your user experience.

- process and manage purchases and registrations through the App.
To communicate with you We may send you FreshPlanet-related marketing communications as permitted by law. You will have the ability to opt out of such communications.

Connecting via Facebook If you choose to connect to the App via your Facebook account, you may choose to limit the information that we may obtain from Facebook about you.
App privacy settings and location data We make available certain privacy settings within the App, including options to control whether opponents are able to chat with you.
Access, Update, Correct or Delete Your Information All App users may review, update, correct or delete their personal information in their registration profile by logging into the App.

Children
We encourage parents and guardians to teach their children about privacy and how their information may be used on the Internet.
We consider a user to be a child if they are under the age of 13.

FreshPlanet is headquartered in the United States and your personal information may be transferred to the United States or other locations.
