This “Privacy Policy” describes the privacy practices of FreshPlanet Inc. and our subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “FreshPlanet”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) in connection with the SongPop Classic mobile application our games and games services (the “App”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose and otherwise process personal information in connection with the App, and explains the rights and choices available to individuals with respect to their information.

● Usage information, such as information about how you use the App and interact with us, including playlists, songs liked, your opponents and scores.
● Geolocation information, including information about your location that you provide through the App or elsewhere.
● Marketing information, such as your preferences for receiving marketing communications and details about how you engage with marketing communications.
● Other Personal Information you submit to us through the App, such as information you provide when you use chat features and any other interactive features of the App.
● Audio, Electronic, Visual or other Information such as any photograph you provide as part of your user profile.
Information we collect from other users
We collect information that other users of the App may provide about you, such as the fact that you may be a Facebook friend of another user.
Referrals
Existing users of our App may have the opportunity to refer friends or other contacts to us.
Information automatically collected
When you access our App, we, our service providers, and our business partners may automatically collect Personal Information about you, your mobile device, and activity within our App. The information that may be collected automatically includes your mobile device operating system type and version number, manufacturer and model, device identifier, screen resolution, IP address, cell network-based location information, and information about your use of and actions on our App.
How we use your personal information
To provide our App
If you create an account within the App or otherwise use our App, we use your Personal Information to:
● operate, maintain, administer and improve the App.
● create and manage your user profile within the App.
● enable you to login to the App using third-party authentication providers.
● facilitate social features of our app.
● customize and personalize your user experience.
● manage and communicate with you regarding your account with us.
● process and manage purchases and registrations you make through the App.
● provide support and maintenance for the App.
If you connect to the App via Facebook, we automatically complete your profile with your name and profile photo from Facebook.

If you request information from us or participate in our contests or promotions, we may send you FreshPlanet-related marketing communications.
To display advertisements within the App
We work with advertising partners to display advertisements within the App. These advertisements may be targeted based on your activity within the App or elsewhere online.
With your consent
We will request your consent to use your Personal Information where required by law.
To create anonymous data for analytics
We may create anonymous data from your Personal Information and aggregate it with that of other individuals for business purposes.
For compliance, fraud prevention and safety

We make certain Privacy settings available within the App.
Targeted online advertising
You may opt out of receiving targeted advertising in mobile apps through participating members of the Digital Advertising Alliance.
Security
The security of your Personal Information is important to us. We take reasonable measures designed to protect the Personal Information we collect, but we cannot guarantee the security of your information.
Children
We encourage parents and guardians to teach their children about privacy. Children should never disclose personal information without parental permission.
Sensitive personal information
We ask that you not send us any sensitive Personal Information on the App. We do not deliberately collect such sensitive Personal Information.

FreshPlanet may transfer your personal information to the United States or other locations outside of your jurisdiction.

Your Rights under the GDPR
This section of the Privacy Policy is applicable to residents of the EEA. Residents of the EEA and Switzerland are referred to as “EEA Residents”.
From May 25, 2018, all processing of Personal Information of EEA Residents is performed in accordance with the GDPR.
